The bouquet is impressing. We never finish putting our nose in it, to smell another flowery flavour. Then comes the palate, complex, it paints an autumn tableau.”

Optimum October 2004
We tell it and we repeat it, the laboratory, the Mars planet of wine, is in Languedoc. Everything is possible and potential. A proof ? A Pays d’Oc wine, Domaine de Montrose, Les Lézards, vintage 2003. It is a lively white wine, fine, great for appéritif, or with a salad and young parmesan. Astonishing because he matches Rolle’s vivacity and Viognier’s apricot savour. However, open it the day before to feel all the flavours. We are almost shy to say the price, 4,90€. From the same domaine, try the Cabernet Syrah blend, a very nice easy drinking wine.
